Heavenly Banana Mix
Wake up to a dream breakfast of Banana and Oats, both of which are highly beneficial to keep you on track of your weight loss journey. Also, when mixed with crunchy nuts and seeds and drizzled with Honey, this can become your new favourite breakfast to start your day with.
Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)
- Combine 1/2 Mashed banana with 5-6pieces of walnuts/badams, you can add your preferred dry fruits too.
- Add 1 spoon True Elements Flax seeds.
- Add 1/2cup of Rolled Oats & 1/2cup Milk in the jar.
- You can even add honey or maple syrup to make it extremely delicious.
- Keep it in the fridge overnight and Wake up to a Dreamy Breakfast!
