2 cups Wheat Flakes
2 tsp Flax Seeds
2 tsp Chia Seeds
2 tsp Pumpkin Seeds
½ cup Cranberries
½ cup Blueberries
1 cup Dark Chocolate melted
1 tsp Raisins
2 tsp Peanut Butter
1 tsp Honey


  1. Grind all the ingredients in a mixture
  2. Add the melted dark chocolate and peanut butter to the grinder mixture
  3. Roll into small balls
  4. Refrigerate it for 2 hours
