Moong Dal Pakoda
Moong dal pakoras are one of the most popular street foods in North India. With the onset of Monsoons, this is one of the most consumed snacks with spicy green chutney or pudina chutney. Try this out along with True Elements Chilli Masala Sunflower Seeds to add a spicy crunch to your snack
2 green chilies
1 tsp jeera
1 tsp garam masala
Curry leaves 3-4
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
- soak the yellow moong dal at night and add some ginger and green chilies along with salt and garam masala while grinding the dal.
- After grinding, add a tsp of sauteed jeera and curry leaves to the batter and keep the batter in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
- Then fry the pakoras.
- Serve it with hot Tea and True Elements Chilli Masala Sunflower Seeds.
