Cocoa Banana Oats Smoothie

1 tbsp Cocoa powder
100 ml Milk
- In a bowl mash half banana with oats and then add half a cup of milk and 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
- Add this mixture to the blender and add remaining milk of half cup and blend nicely
- Transfer this mixture to a glass and add chopped banana on top
