Ingredients


¼ cup True Elements Rolled Oats
¼ cup semolina
2 cups milk
Jaggery as per preference

Directions


  1. Heat milk in a pan.
  2. Add rolled oats and bring to boil
  3. Add semolina and stir vigorously
  4. Add jaggery to it as per preference.
  5. Stir continuously till it is soft and pudding like consistency.
  6. Refrigerate for half hour and serve chilled.
  7. Cardamom can be added while heating the milk for its aroma.
