1/2 cup green bell pepper
Handful of minced green onion
2-3 garlic cloves
2 tbsp True Elements 5-in-1 Superseeds Mix
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cumin powder
Black pepper to taste
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 tbsp vinegar
- Peel and dice all the ingredients and put it in a blender, and puree them for 1 minute or until the gazpacho reaches your desired consistency.
- Transfer the soup in a container and refrigerate it for until completely chilled.
- Serve the soup nice and cold, garnished it with your favourite seeds/toppings.
