Oats Ladoos

Description
Here’s a quick recipe for your to go breakfast and a before gym snack! No sugar, no added preservatives! Only True Elements Rolled Oats, and a few other nutritious ingredients!
Ingredients
1 and 1/2 cup True Elements Rolled Oats
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
1 tbsp True Elements Raw Flax Seeds
1 cup Crushed Jaggery
8-10 Dates
1/2 cup Powdered Dry Fruits (you can also use True Elements Daily Dose Trail Mix )
2 tbsp Ghee
1/4th cup Desiccated Coconut
Pinch of Cardamom Powder
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
1 tbsp True Elements Raw Flax Seeds
1 cup Crushed Jaggery
8-10 Dates
1/2 cup Powdered Dry Fruits (you can also use True Elements Daily Dose Trail Mix )
2 tbsp Ghee
1/4th cup Desiccated Coconut
Pinch of Cardamom Powder
Directions
- Dry Roast Oats on a medium flame until it turns golden brown.
- Let it cool and then dry roast Sesame and Flax Seeds.
- In a blender, blend Roasted Oats and take it aside in a container.
- Add Jaggery, Seeds and powdered dry fruits or True Elements Daily Dose Trail Mix.
- Stir this mixture uniformly for a while.
- Add Ghee, desiccated coconut and cardamom powder with hands.
- Make small balls and the Oats ladoos are ready to consume!
