Ingredients


2 cup milk, chilled (you can also go for soy milk or nut milk)
7-8 Hazelnuts (soaked overnight)
1 Ripe banana
1 tsp Coconut flakes toasted
1 tbsp Raw Honey

Directions


  1. Add milk, soaked hazelnuts, banana and raw honey in a high-speed blender and blend well.
  2. This mixture has to be completely smooth.
  3. Pour the smoothie into glasses, top it with the toasted coconut flakes and relish this delicious treat.
