We all need that coffee punch to kickstart our mornings. But only plain coffee does no good. This coffee oat smoothie is every coffee lover's dream drink. Packed with the nutritional punch of oats and fruit, this smoothie is healthy, filling and refreshing.


1/4 cup Rolled oats
1 Banana
1/2 cup Brewed coffee, chilled
1/2 cup Milk
1 tsp Raw Honey or sugar (optional)


  1. Wash the rolled oats. Throw in all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. The amount of milk can be adjusted depending on the consistency desired.
  3. Pour the smoothie in a tall glass.
  4. Top it with your favourite nuts, nut butter or chocolate shavings if desired and serve chilled.
