Quinoa Salad


A salad is not just a meal, but it is more of a style. Want to style your diet in a tasty yet healthy way? Then here you go. Try out this unique salad made out of quinoa with an addition of your favorite mango and enjoy the delicacy right away.

Prep: 20 mins


1 cup Quinoa
1/4 cup Vinegar
2 lemon extract
1 mango, peeled and finely chopped
1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup chopped Tomato
1/4 cup coconut flakes
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup Roasted Watermelon Seeds
2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander


  1. In a large saucepan, add 2 cups of water and cook quinoa.
  2. Whisk together vinegar and lemon extract and keep it aside in a small bowl.
  3. In a large container, combine quinoa, mango, bell pepper, onion, tomato, coconut flakes, almonds, raisins.
  4. Pour the vinegar mixture on top of the salad and gently mix it.
  5. Garnish it with True Elements Roasted watermelon seeds, fresh coriander and serve immediately.
