1/3 cup Steel-Cut Oats
2/3 cup Milk
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
pinch Nutmeg powder
1 tsp Cane sorghum
Salt- as desired
Optional add-ins: chopped nuts, Berries
Dried fruits and fresh fruits


  1. Steep the steel-cut oats with milk in a container or mason jar.
  2. Add True Elements chia seeds to it and close the container tightly.
  3. Refrigerate this mixture overnight or atleast for 4-5 hours.
  4. Next morning, mix the mixture well. Add the dash of salt and nutmeg powder.
  5. Drizzle the True Elements cane sorghum syrup and you are ready to go.
