Lemon-Blueberry Quinoa Porridge
Quinoa a Gluten-Free protein-rich superfood can be used for meals all along the day. The recipe below is for Breakfast for a power packed the day.

- Stir together 1 ½ Almond Milk, Quinoa, Water, Granulated Sugar, Ground Cinnamon, Salt and Almond Extract (optional) in a saucepan.
- Bring to boil over medium heat. Cover, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 15 minutes until liquids are absorbed.
- Distribute into 4 bowls, top each with ¼ cup Blueberries, 1 Tbsp Chopped Almonds, 2 Tbsp Almond Milk, ½ tsp Demerara Sugar and ½ tsp fresh lemon zest.
- Serve it hot or cold according to preference.
