Jowar Flakes Energy Bars

2 tbsp Grated Jaggery
1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
Salt as per taste
2 tbsp Ghee
1 tbsp Choco Chips
1 tbsp True Elements Raw Flax Seeds
1/2 cup True Elements Rolled Oats
3 tbsp True Elements Raw Honey
Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)
- Dry roast Flax Seeds and Oats.
- In a pan, melt jaggery and ghee on medium heat, and whisk well until both combine with each other.
- Then in the mixture of jaggery and ghee add cinnamon powder, salt, chocochip,and whisk then turn off the gas and add oats and flax seeds,and jowar flakes and mix well then let it cool for a little bit.
- After that add honey to it and mix well and make bite sized balls or bars and store in an airtight container. (Make sure u are adding honey when mixture become little bit cold)
