If you’re looking for fruit smoothie recipe without yogurt or dairy products, this mixed fruit smoothie is for you!  Made with a combination of oranges and bananas, this refreshing summer drink not only tastes great, but it’s pretty healthy too!


250ml Milk
1 sliced orange
1 sliced banana
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Chia Seeds

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. In a jar, take 250ml milk of your choice.
  2. Add 1 sliced banana, 1 sliced orange & 1 tsp lemon juice.
  3. Blend everything in the blender until smooth & creamy.
  4. Pour the drink into a glass and top it with Chia Seeds
