Recently, she gained 15 kilos for her upcoming film project Mimi where she plays the role of a surrogate mother. Gaining weight for many can be difficult for various reasons like genetics, and for an actress like Kriti, who has quick metabolism and a skinny body type, it can be challenging. However, with great motivation, a strict diet, and a hardcore workout regime- she gained the required weight. But now, since the movie has wrapped up, she seems to have bounced back to her old physic. Yes! She lost weight in 3 months. That’s 15 Kgs in 3 months!

But How? Sheer hard work, lots of motivation, and dedication towards her diet and regular workout sessions made it possible.

What Kriti eats in a day:

For Breakfast:

  • 2 slices of Brown Bread
  • A glass of Black coffee

For Lunch:

  • 2 Chapatis
  • Quinoa instead of Rice

  • Cup of corn with a glass of protein shake

For Dinner:

Kriti's Workout Regime:

Kriti Sanon does strength training and 45 minutes of cardio four days a week. Once a week, she does pilates as well. On some days, Kriti worked out twice a day. Apart from this, she practised dancing 2-3 times a week. She is full of energy and has a great dedication to whatever she does. She makes sure to have at least 4 to 5 days of workouts in a week to keep herself fit.

Along with her strict diet and regular exercise, Kriti also kept herself hydrated by drinking 10-12 glasses of water a day. She made sure she gave her body the rest required by sleeping for 7-8 hours.
