A sinful, heavy breakfast is what you need to kickstart your morning motivation. Like mangoes, litchis are another juicy fruit that makes an appearance in the Indian summers. A bowl of luscious ingredients, the goodness of lychees and oats can turn your bland smoothie into a truly delicious, lip-smacking smoothie. All it takes is just some fresh hand-picked lychees, rolled oats and milk to tantalize your taste buds. Read the recipe to know more:


2 tbsp Rolled Oats
5 cup Milk
1 cup fresh lychees
5 cup Frozen Banana
Sunflower, Pumpkin & Flax Seeds for Garnishing

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. Blend half a frozen banana with a cup of fresh lychees.
  2. Pour the mixture in a container.
  3. Add half a cup of milk to this mixture and stir it to achieve the desired consistency.
  4. Pour this smoothie in a bowl and sprinkle it with 2 tablespoons of True Elements Rolled Oats.
  5. Garnish the smoothie with roasted seeds such as Pumpkin seeds or Flax seeds.
  6. You can also add nuts like pistachios or almonds to make it crunchier and delicious.
