A bowl of luscious ingredients, the goodness of lychees and oats can turn your bland smoothie into a truly delicious, lip-smacking smoothie. All it takes is just some fresh hand-picked lychees, rolled oats and milk to tantalize your taste buds. Read the recipe to know more:
Ingredients
2 tbsp Rolled Oats
5 cup Milk
1 cup fresh lychees
5 cup Frozen Banana
Sunflower, Pumpkin & Flax Seeds for Garnishing
5 cup Milk
1 cup fresh lychees

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)
- Blend half a frozen banana with a cup of fresh lychees.
- Pour the mixture in a container.
- Add half a cup of milk to this mixture and stir it to achieve the desired consistency.
- Pour this smoothie in a bowl and sprinkle it with 2 tablespoons of True Elements Rolled Oats.
- Garnish the smoothie with roasted seeds such as Pumpkin seeds or Flax seeds.
- You can also add nuts like pistachios or almonds to make it crunchier and delicious.
