Mango Chia Parfait

The king of fruits is here. But how do you incorporate this delicious fruit into your diet while staying healthy? Here we bring a healthy parfait recipe, this has the goodness of chia seeds and crunch from our daily dose trail mix.


2 tbsp True Elements Chia Seeds (soaked in water)
1/2 cup chopped fresh mango
1 tbsp True Elements Daily Dose Trail Mix

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. In a serving glass add a layer of chia seeds in the bottom.
  2. Top this with a generous amount of mangoes.
  3. Top it with daily dose mix.
  4. Repeat the layers until you get the desired quantity.
  5. Serve this parfait chilled.
