Looking for a delicious, easy and healthy breakfast option that can be made in just a few minutes? Then this Mango Chia Pudding is your answer! Loaded with flavours from coconut milk and mangoes. This perfectly sweet and delicious pudding is only 4-ingredients and so healthy it doubles as breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients


1 cup milk / curd (dahi)
1/2 cup lukewarm water
1/4th cup Chia Seeds
Mango slices
Mint leaves
Baked Granola or 4-in-1 Mix Seeds

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)


  1. Mix Milk and Chia Seeds in one container and keep them out for 3-4 hours
  2. Once the Chia Seeds have plumped up, drain the excess water using a strainer, add curd, milk / honey to the chia seeds and mix well.
  3. In a glass, add layers of chia seeds, granola/seeds mix/mangoes as per your choice.
  4. Top it with some more mangoes, honey and mint leaves.
