Make the most out of the last few mangoes left of the season. Here is a sugar-free mango chia shake recipe that is super flavorful and easy to make.

Ingredients


2 cup Milk
3 tbsp True Elements Raw Chia Seeds
2 tbsp True Elements Raw Honey
1 cup Mango chopped
Pomegranate for garnish

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)


  1. Mix 1 cup milk and mangoes and make a smooth paste.
  2. In another bowl add chia seeds and 1 cup milk and mix well. Cover this for an hour and keep it aside.
  3. While arranging, first add the mango paste.
  4. Add chia pudding and add honey.
  5. Top it with pomegranate seeds and serve chilled.
