Coconut Mango Pudding

This layered pudding of mangoes and baked granola tastes rich and fills you up pretty quickly. A vegan treat for pudding lovers!


1 cup Coconut Milk
2 tbsp True Elements Raw Chia Seeds
1 Chopped Mango
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
2 tbsp True Elements Baked Granola

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. In a bowl add chia seeds and coconut milk and mix well. Keep this mixture aside for about 30 minutes.
  2. Add maple syrup to this and mix well.
  3. In a jar/glass, add a layer of baked granola.
  4. Top it with a thick layer of chia seeds.
  5. Add a generous layer of mangoes.
  6. Repeat the steps. Serve this pudding chilled.
