Every summer when mangoes arrive, we wonder what is the unique recipe we can make using the king of fruits. Here we bring a Mango Oatmeal Smoothie that is sugar-free and super healthy


500 ml - Milk of your choice (dairy/oat/nut/soy)
250 g - Fresh Ripe Mangoes
100 g - True Elements Multigrain Oatmeal
50 ml - True Elements Raw Honey
10 - Ice Cubes
True Elements Berries Mix (for topping)

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. Cut mangoes into small cubes.
  2. Lightly toast the oatmeal and crush it. Let it cool.
  3. Take all the ingredients in a blender.
  4. Blend it into a smooth mixture.
  5. Serve the mango oatmeal in a bowl.
  6. Top it with berries and fresh mango cubes.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy.
