Mango Millet Parfait
What is summer without Mangoes and fruit parfaits! This simple, healthy, and delicious dessert is a favorite amongst all ages.
Directions(For qty, refer to the ingredients section)
- Take a glass jar and layer with granola at the bottom. You may add honey upon the granola if desired.
- Add a layer of yogurt on top of it.
- Cut mangoes in cubes or make them into thick pulp-like consistency and add on top of it.
- Repeat the layering of granola, yogurt, and mango cubes.
- Add cranberries or crushed granola to garnish.
