Mango chia pudding with only a few ingredients and in no time, this can be one of healthy and delightful breakfast or dessert to serve after dinner.


1Tbs True Elements Chia Seeds
1 cup milk of your choice
1 tbsp True Elements Raw Honey / Maple Syrup.
1 cup Mango Puree
Nuts to Garnish.

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. Mix Chia seeds, milk & honey. Cover it and refrigerate it for at least an hour. You can even soak this mixture overnight.
  2. Layer the chia pudding & Mango puree in a jar, garnish with some Nuts / Granola. Serve it Cold.
