Description


Congee is a comfort food famous in southern parts of India. It is a delicious breakfast meal. This congee is delicious, healthy and super easy to make.

Ingredients


1 cup True Elements Oats Kanji (Congee)
5 cups water
1 cup ghee
1 tbsp True Elements Chili Masala Pumpkin
Coriander Leaves

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)


  1. Heat a pan and water in it.
  2. Let the water boil.
  3. Add congee to it and cover it with a lid.
  4. Cook it for 8-10 minutes.
  5. While serving, top the congee with ghee, coriander leaves and chilli pumpkin seeds.
