Masala Oats Congee

Description
Congee is a comfort food famous in southern parts of India. It is a delicious breakfast meal. This congee is delicious, healthy and super easy to make.
Ingredients
1 cup True Elements Oats Kanji (Congee)
5 cups water
1 cup ghee
1 tbsp True Elements Chili Masala Pumpkin
Coriander Leaves
5 cups water
1 cup ghee
1 tbsp True Elements Chili Masala Pumpkin
Coriander Leaves
Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)
- Heat a pan and water in it.
- Let the water boil.
- Add congee to it and cover it with a lid.
- Cook it for 8-10 minutes.
- While serving, top the congee with ghee, coriander leaves and chilli pumpkin seeds.
