A super easy hassle-free quinoa recipe, perfect for breakfast. If you are a fan of spicy breakfast delicacies, this one's for you.


1 cup Quinoa
Chopped Garlic
Chopped Onion
Chopped Tomato
Boiled and Chopped Baby Corn
Tomato Ketchup
Sriracha Sauce/Schezwan Sauce

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. Boil hot water and soak the Quinoa in it for 15 minutes. Once it is soft, strain any excess water.
  2. In a bowl add the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Add Quinoa and mix well.
  4. Top with coriander and serve.
