Boiled and Chopped Baby Corn
Sriracha Sauce/Schezwan Sauce
Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)
- Boil hot water and soak the Quinoa in it for 15 minutes. Once it is soft, strain any excess water.
- In a bowl add the rest of the ingredients.
- Add Quinoa and mix well.
- Top with coriander and serve.
