A very healthy, tasty, and a hassle-free recipe for a quick meal. Make it for lunch, dinner, or breakfast.


1 cup True Elements Quinoa (Cooked)
1/2 cup cooked chickpeas
1/4 cup chopped cucumber
1/4 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup chopped olives
1/4 cup chopped parsley or coriander
1 tbsp Tahini paste
1 tsp Olive oil
Salt and pepper as required
1 tsp Lemon juice

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. In a bowl add quinoa and veggies.
  2. Add the tahini paste, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  3. Mix everything together and garnish with parsley or coriander leaves and serve.
