Nothing soothes a tired soul the way this Watermelon Cucumber cooler does. It gets ready in no time and definitely tastes amazing.


1 cup chopped Watermelon
1 cup chopped peeled Cucumber
2 tbsp True Elements Chia Seeds
1 tsp lemon juice
Pinch of salt
1 tsp True Elements Raw Honey (Optional)

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. Soak chia seeds in water for 30 minutes.
  2. Put the rest of the ingredients in a mixer grinder and blend till smooth. Add half of the chia seeds and blend once again.
  3. Add water if required to adjust the consistency.
  4. Mix remaining chia seeds in this cooler and serve chilled.
