2 cups Water
1 tsp Ghee
Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)
- Heat a pan and add ghee.
- Add water and let it boil.
- Add the upma mix and keep stirring.
- Let the upma cook properly.
- Garnish with coriander.
- To enhance the taste even further, you can add a tsp of ghee and a tsp of lemon juice.
