Mix Veg Chia Cooler
This mixed veg juice is the best breakfast beverage. Super healthy yet super tasty goodness in a jar!
5-6 fresh mint leaves
1-inch Fresh turmeric
1 inch Ginger
2 tbsp True Elements Raw Chia Seeds
Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)
- Extract juice from all the vegetables.
- Grind all the ingredients together, add 1 cup water and then strain the juice.
- Add chia seeds to this juice and keep it in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Serve chilled.
