You will want to wake up for these fluffy Mixed Berry Muffins! They come together quickly and are bursting with juicy cranberries and blueberries. These muffins are soft and delectable and worth all the effort. It’s everything you could want in a perfect muffin - they’re moist, soft, and cakey, with excellent flavour. Let's try this now


2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup True Elements Dried Cranberries
1/2 cup True Elements Dried Blueberries
1/2 cup Sugar
1 Egg (whole)
1 cup Milk
1/2 cup Oil
2 tsp Baking powder
2 tsp Fine sugar
Salt - as desired

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. Preheat oven to 200?. Grease muffin moulds and keep them ready.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
  3. Mix them together. In a small bowl, add the egg, oil and milk and stir well.
  4. Add this mixture to the flour mixture and mix continuously.
  5. Throw in the blueberries and cranberries and give the mixture a quick stir.
  6. Add the muffin batter in the moulds. Make sure the batter just fills ? of the mould.
  7. Sprinkle the fine sugar on the muffins. Bake at 200? for 20-25 mins.
  8. The muffins would have turned golden brown by now.
  9. Remove the muffins and allow them to be cooled. Sit back and enjoy!
