Mixed Fruit Smoothie
It is very important to keep our body hydrated and energized during summers and what better way to do that than freshly made smoothies. You can easily replace the ingredients with whatever you have at home.
1 Small Banana
2-3 Wedges of Orange
1 tbsp True Elements Antioxidants Mix
1 ½ cup Milk
Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)
- In a mixer, add slices of kiwi, banana, and orange along with the seeds.
- Then add chilled milk and blitz it together
- Serve fresh in a glass and garnish with some more seeds for crunch
