Muesli Kheer

Kheer is a traditional dessert made in India, but if you are bored of having the same kheer, here we bring a crunchy twist to it. Try this Muesli kheer next time when you are making kheer.


1/4 cup Vermicelli
1 cup milk
2 tbsp Jaggery
1 tsp cardamom powder
1 tbsp True Elements Daily Dose Mix
1 tbsp True Elements Crunchy Nuts and Berries Muesli
1 tbsp ghee.

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. Heat a pan and add ghee to it. Add daily dose mix and roast it for about 2 minutes or until the nuts turn golden brown.
  2. Take the nuts out of the pan and keep them aside.
  3. In the remaining ghee roast vermicelli until golden brown.
  4. Add milk to it and keep stirring.
  5. Add roasted nuts, cardamom powder, and jaggery in it and mix well.
  6. Let the vermicelli cook properly. You can adjust the thickness by adding milk if required.
  7. Turn off the heat when you get the desired consistency.
  8. Top the kheer with Muesli while serving it.
