Oatmeal is a hassle-free breakfast. You can have it just with some milk. But if you are bored of having oatmeal just with milk, here we bring a parfait recipe for you.


2 cups True Elements Multigrain Oatmeal
1 cup flavoured yogurt of your choice
1 cup chopped fruits of your choice
1 tbsp True Elements Raw Honey

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. In a glass first put a layer of fruits.
  2. Top it with True Elements Multigrain Oatmeal
  3. Add a layer of yogurt. Drizzle some honey on top.
  4. Top it with fruits.
  5. Add a layer of oatmeal.
  6. Add a second layer of yogurt.
  7. Top this layer with oatmeal and fruits.
  8. Keep the parfait in the refrigerator for an hour.
  9. Serve chilled.
