In just about 10 minutes and 5 ingredients, you have a warm replacement for your coffee. This one is so flavorful with the spices and so healthy with turmeric, you can't have enough of this turmeric latte.


1 cup True Elements Turmeric Muesli
2 cups Milk
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Pepper powder
1 tsp Cardamom powder

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. Powder the turmeric muesli in a mixer.
  2. Bring milk to boil and add a pinch of turmeric and pepper powder.
  3. Mix well with the muesli powder.
  4. Garnish with cardamom powder, some whole muesli and serve hot or chilled.
