Multiseed Wheat Bread

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)
- Take a large mixing bowl in which add wheat flour followed by active dry yeast, sugar, salt, rolled oats, True elements flax seed, olive oil. Then mix the dry mixture properly. Now start kneading the dough by taking warm water. Knead the dough until the texture is creamy.
- Now apply little oil on your palms and transfer the dough into a separate container with a lid. Now allow it to rest for at least 2 to 3 hours so that the yeast action takes place. The dough should double in size. Take a loaf pan and grease it properly so that the dough should not stick to the sides of the pan.
- Now grease your palms and transfer the dough into a loaf pan. Now smoothen the surface of the dough in the pan, garnish with rolled oats and some True elements 5 in 1 super seed mix.
- Now Pre-heat the oven to 180°C. Place the loaf pan inside the oven and bake the bread loaf for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove the loaf pan from the oven and check wether the bread is baked properly or not. Do this by inserting a knife inside the bread, there should not be any dough sticking on the knife blade. Now the bread is ready so allow it to cool down. Now carefully remove the bread from the loaf pan and make the slices as per your choice.
