True Elements Mysore Millet Mix comprises a trio of millets like Kodo, Little, and Jowar, along with a touch of authentic Indian spices. Lotus seeds are used for fermentation in place of baking soda. The trio of millets pack thrice the nutritional punch of a normal dosa. Our batter needs no settling time or fermentation and can be instantly poured for a crispy and nutritious dosa.
Flour (40.1%-Rice, Oats), Millets {34.7%-Little (12.2%), Jowar (7.5%), Ragi (7.5%), Kodo (7.5%)}, Seasoning (20.6%- Urad dal, Chana dal, Sesame seeds, Rock salt, Chilli powder, Paprika, Curry leaves, Asafoetida), Water Lily seeds.
Take ½ cup of Dosa Mix Mysore Millet. For soft Dosas, add 1 cup water. For crispy Dosas, add 1.5 to 2 cups water. Mix well.
Pre-heat the dosa pan with a few drops of oil (if needed). For soft Dosas, spread the Dosa batter on the pan from the centre to the outside in circles. For crispy Dosas, pour the Dosa batter from the outside to the centre and fill the surface of the pan. Enjoy hot with some butter or ghee if needed.
