Yummy snack with no refined sugar, this simple protein balls recipe is a great way to enjoy a quick chocolate fix. Made from 5 simple ingredients, these little snacks are packed with protein and because they have no refined sugar, they are healthier snacks for your sweet cravings.

Ingredients


1 cup Steel Cut Oats
3/4 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp Cocoa powder
2 tbsp Raw Honey
1 tsp Vanilla essence
1 tbsp Coconut oil (optional)

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)


  1. Add all the ingredients in a food processor or mixer. Process until properly combined.
  2. Process it for more time to avoid the coarse texture of steel cut oats.
  3. If the mixture seems too hard to be mixed properly you can add ½ tbsp of coconut oil.Roll into 1 inch balls.
  4. Enjoy right away or store in a refrigerator.
