Make this yummy recipe when you have surprise visitors and you have no time in hand or when you want a quick snacking goodie. Use this perfect oatmeal cookie as the base for other add-ins such as raisins, dried cranberries, and nuts. Cinnamon and a touch of molasses add that little something extra. These are the best oatmeal cookies!


1 ½ cups True Elements Gluten-free Rolled Oats
1/2 cup Peanut butter (or any other nut butter of your choice)
1/2 cup True Elements Raw honey
Chocolate chips (optional)

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. Grease a large tray with oil or butter and keep it aside.
  2. Heat the peanut butter until it melts and add honey.
  3. Combine well. In a large mixing bowl, add the rolled oats and the peanut butter-honey mixture.
  4. Mix well. Add any toppings like chocolate chips if desired.
  5. Make small balls and press them lightly into a cookie shape. Place them on the greased tray and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes. Sit back and enjoy!
