Oatmeal Energy Balls
Everyone loves snacking on something sweet, but no one likes the extra calories it brings. Try these oatmeal energy balls packed with protein and are easy to make
Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)
- Add peanut butter to a bowl, heat it for about 30 seconds while continuously stirring.
- Once the peanut butter turns runny add the berries in it.
- Add the True Elements Multigrain Oatmeal and Raw Honey and mix well.
- Take the mixture in your palm and make small balls of it. Refrigerate these balls for 30 minutes.
