Kanji or Congee is a dish or a meal derived from the southern parts of India. This ready-to-cook mix is filled with real veggies and made of oats instead of rice to make it more fibrous and healthy. Make congee at home in just a few steps.
5 cups Water
1 tbsp Ghee
Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)
- Heat a large pot and add water and True Elements Oats Kanji in it.
- Mix it well and cover the pot with a lid and cook for 10 minutes till you get a thick consistency.
- Serve it hot in a bowl and top it with some ghee.
