Oats Dosa

Who doesn’t like dosas? Prepare these yummy dosas with an Oats twist to make them more nutritious and fibery than ever before. The Oats batter is customizable, you can even add more veggies of your choice or seasoning to give it a masala tadka! Oats dosa is a crispy, lacy breakfast/snack recipe of crepes made with cooking oats, herbs and spices. This South Indian recipe of oats dosa recipe is quick, instant to prepare and makes up for a healthy breakfast for your busy mornings.


1 chopped Onion
3 green chillies choppped
Coriander, finely chopped
2-3 curry leaves
Scraped coconut
200g True Elements Instant Oats
50g Semoline or Rava
50g White Rice powder
Black pepper
Salt to taste Water, as desired consistency

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. Chop all the onions, green chillies, coriander and curry leaves
  2. Blend oats, rava, rice powder, coconut nicely with water
  3. Then to that batter add the chopped green vegetables, add salt and pepper and mix properly to get a thick batter
  4. Heat the pan and spread the batter and add oil on top if required
  5. Flip on both sides of the dosa and it's ready for consumption
