Parfaits are healthy and make up for a delicious breakfast or a great after-meal dessert!
1 cup True Elements Instant Oats
1 tsp Turmeric
1 cup milk
1 tbsp True Elements Raw Chia Seeds
1 tbsp Flax Seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp True Elements Berries Mix
Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)
- First crush the cookies/ grind them to a fine powder.
- Soak oats and dates in milk along with turmeric powder for 10 minutes.
- In a mixer jar add this mixture, chia seeds, flax seeds, banana, almond, vanilla extract and blend it well.
- Now in a glass first add a layer of crushed biscuits.
- Top it with the milk mixture.
- Top it with berries.
- Serve this chilled.
