Oats Parfait

Description


Parfaits are healthy and make up for a delicious breakfast or a great after-meal dessert!

Ingredients


3-4 cookies (any of your choice)
1 cup True Elements Instant Oats
1 tsp Turmeric
3-4 dates
1 cup milk
1 tbsp True Elements Raw Chia Seeds
1 tbsp Flax Seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
4-5 almonds
1 banana
1 tbsp True Elements Berries Mix

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)


  1. First crush the cookies/ grind them to a fine powder.
  2. Soak oats and dates in milk along with turmeric powder for 10 minutes.
  3. In a mixer jar add this mixture, chia seeds, flax seeds, banana, almond, vanilla extract and blend it well.
  4. Now in a glass first add a layer of crushed biscuits.
  5. Top it with the milk mixture.
  6. Top it with berries.
  7. Serve this chilled.
