Oats Pizza

Description
Who could think pizza could be healthy! But we have made it. Because we know how much you love pizza?
Ingredients
1 cup True Elements whole instant oats
¼ tsp red chilli powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
Salt as required
¼ th cup chopped tomato
¼ th chopped onion
¼ th capsicum
¼ th cup cabbage
½ tbsp chopped coriander leaves
¼ tsp green chillies
¼ th tsp pav bhaji masala
Salt as required
2 cups buttermilk
¼ tsp red chilli powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
Salt as required
¼ th cup chopped tomato
¼ th chopped onion
¼ th capsicum
¼ th cup cabbage
½ tbsp chopped coriander leaves

¼ th tsp pav bhaji masala

2 cups buttermilk
Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)
- Take True Elements instant oats in a grinder jar and make a fine powder.
- In a bowl, take oats, add red chili powder, salt and turmeric powder.
- Now slowly add buttermilk and make batter. Keep the mixture aside.
- In a pan heat some oil and add onion and cabbage. Mix well and let it cook on slow flame for about 5 minutes. Keep stirring the mixture occasionally.
- Add tomatoes and mix it well. Let it cook until tomatoes leave oil and become soft.
- Add capsicum and mix well.
- Add all the dry spices and mix well.
- Cover the mixture and cook for a minute.
- Remove the mixture from the flame and bring it to room temperature.
- Now heat a flat dosa pan. And add a tsp of oil and spread it evenly.
- Take a spoonful of the oats and buttermilk batter and spread evenly on the pan.
- Cook on low medium flame for about 5 minutes.
- Flip the chilla and add cheese on it.
- Add the vegetable mixture on cheese.
- Add more cheese on top.
- Cover the pizza and cook for about 2-3 minutes or until the cheese melts.
- Once done remove from the tava and serve hot.
