Oats Pizza

Who could think pizza could be healthy! But we have made it. Because we know how much you love pizza?

Ingredients


1 cup True Elements whole instant oats
¼ tsp red chilli powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
Salt as required
¼ th cup chopped tomato
¼ th chopped onion
¼ th capsicum
¼ th cup cabbage
½ tbsp chopped coriander leaves
¼ tsp green chillies
¼ th tsp pav bhaji masala
Salt as required
2 cups buttermilk

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)


  1. Take True Elements instant oats in a grinder jar and make a fine powder.
  2. In a bowl, take oats, add red chili powder, salt and turmeric powder.
  3. Now slowly add buttermilk and make batter. Keep the mixture aside.
  4. In a pan heat some oil and add onion and cabbage. Mix well and let it cook on slow flame for about 5 minutes. Keep stirring the mixture occasionally.
  5. Add tomatoes and mix it well. Let it cook until tomatoes leave oil and become soft.
  6. Add capsicum and mix well.
  7. Add all the dry spices and mix well.
  8. Cover the mixture and cook for a minute.
  9. Remove the mixture from the flame and bring it to room temperature.
  10. Now heat a flat dosa pan. And add a tsp of oil and spread it evenly.
  11. Take a spoonful of the oats and buttermilk batter and spread evenly on the pan.
  12. Cook on low medium flame for about 5 minutes.
  13. Flip the chilla and add cheese on it.
  14. Add the vegetable mixture on cheese.
  15. Add more cheese on top.
  16. Cover the pizza and cook for about 2-3 minutes or until the cheese melts.
  17. Once done remove from the tava and serve hot.
