1/2 cup True Elements Pongal Mix
1 tsp ghee
2 cups water
Chopped coriander leaves

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. Heat a pan and ghee in it.
  2. Add pongal mix and roast for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add water to this and cook for about 5-7 minutes.
  4. While serving, top it with ghee and coriander leaves.
