This breakfast multigrain porridge oatmeal is the best of many worlds: creamy from the milk and rolled oats, with nuttiness, texture, and an extra-nourishing boost from rolled oats, millet, and quinoa. Millet is easy to find, and an excellent source of protein and fiber, and contains nutrients like iron and manganese.

Ingredients


½ Cup Multigrain Oatmeal
1 Cup Milk
1 Banana or fruits of your choice
2 tbsp seed mix
Honey or sugar as desired

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)


  1. Take the multigrain oatmeal in a container and add milk to it.
  2. Soak it well after stirring a bit with spoon.
  3. Store in refrigerator overnight.
  4. Add honey or sugar to the overnight chilled oatmeal as desired.
  5. Transfer it in a bowl and top it with sliced bananas or fruits of your choice.
  6. Add spoonful of seed and berries.
  7. Balanced and wholesome oatmeal is ready for your indulgence!
