Ingredients


1/3 cup True Elements Steel-Cut Oats
2/3 cup Milk
1 tbsp True Elements Chia Seeds
pinch Nutmeg powder
1 tsp Cane sorghum
Salt- as desired
Optional add-ins: chopped nuts, True Elements Berries
Dried fruits and fresh fruits

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)


  1. Steep the steel-cut oats with milk in a container or mason jar.
  2. Add True Elements chia seeds to it and close the container tightly.
  3. Refrigerate this mixture overnight or at least for 4-5 hours.
  4. The next morning, mix the mixture well. Add the dash of salt and nutmeg powder.
  5. Drizzle the True Elements cane sorghum syrup and you are ready to go.
  6. Throw in your favorite toppings and savor the delicious bowl of joy.
  7. If enjoy a steaming hot bowl of oatmeal, you can heat up the overnight oats the next morning and enjoy.
