Paan and Chia Pudding

Are you bored of having the same chia pudding? Either with mangoes or with some nuts and fruits? We bring a unique combination of paan and chia for you. This pudding is very refreshing and delicious.


1 tbsp Paan syrup
1 tbsp Gulkand
1 cup Milk
2 tbsp True Elements Chia Seeds

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. In a glass/ jar add pan syrup, gulkand, and milk and mix it all well.
  2. Now add chia seeds and combine well.
  3. Keep this mixture in the refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Serve chilled in the morning.
