And who doesn't love binge-eating on Jelly? With a delicious taste, cooling refreshment to your stomach, it is always a great idea to hop on to some jelly. But if you are already on a healthy track, it becomes quite difficult to cope up. How about still binge-eating those jelly while being on a diet? With whole Rolled Oats, this wonderful twist of Jelly enhanced with a spoonful of Peanut Butter will not only keep you on your diet track, but will also let you discover the whole new world of Jelly.


1/2 cup True Elements Rolled Oats
1/2 cup Milk
2 spoons Peanut Butter
1 teaspoon True Elements Chia Seeds
5-6 Strawberries

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. Add the basics first - 1/2 cup True Elements Rolled Oats & 1/2 cup Milk of your choice.
  2. Add Two spoons of Peanut Butter, mix it, add 1spoon Chia Seeds & 4-5 chopped strawberries to make it more savoury!
  3. Refrigerate & Relish it in the morning!
  4. Drizzle maple syrup on top to make it more delicious
