1/2 cup milk
3/4 tablespoon Chia Seeds
Peanut Butter
2 cups Rolled Oats
Diced apples(optional)

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. Add all of the above ingredients in a jar and mix it thoroughly
  2. For sweetening it, add maple syrup or Stevia
  3. Add peanut Butter accordingly for a tasty protein boost. And diced apples if needed
  4. Make sure the Oats are fully immersed in the milk
  5. Cover and leave it in the refrigerator overnight to serve yourself a breakfast that tastes like heaven!
