Ingredients


1 cup True Elements Quinoa (Cooked)
1/2 cup cooked black beans/ cooked kidney beans
1/4 cup boiled sweet corn
1/4 cup salsa
1/2 medium avocado
1 tsp peri-peri masala
Salt as per taste
Oregano and Chili Flakes

  1. In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix well.
